Most if not all people have at one time or another looked for a house online. Weather you are looking at Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Remax.com or an agent website such as ours. Photos are a big deal to buyers. I have buyers comment on photos all the time. Most of the time, it is on how bad many photos are. I see photos on our MLS of people in the mirrors, crooked photos, bad – dark photos and sometimes photos of things that just should not be on the MLS.
These photo are taken from the Bemidji area MLS and at the time of publishing, they were all active listings. Shouldn’t your realtor take good photos, or even decent photos? A few classes on taking good photos can go a long way.
